Put your feet down.
The water you are furiously treading isn’t as deep as you think.
Feel the soft sand beneath your feet.
See that the water is below your chin.
And see The Rock, like an island, within your reach?
Grab on to it.
Climb up on it.
Rest there from all your furious and unnecessary treading.
Feel The Son warm you.
Calm down.
Breathe.
Listen in the breeze as deep calls to deep.
Stop treading.
Put your feet down.
